Vanda Pharma insomnia agent shows promise in Phase II trial
Vanda Pharmaceuticals Incsaid Friday results from a Phase II study demonstrated that its investigational agent VEC-162 improved key sleep measures in adults with transient insomnia. The primary objectives of the study were to evaluate the efficacy of VEC-162 in shifting patients' circadian rhythm, Rockville, Md.-based Vanda said.
